About Ronda Greenawalt

David is a wonderful, hard-working, and caring realtor. He spent considerable time working with us to find our dream home and was always willing to go out of his way to help. He communicated regularly with us and became a good friend. We highly recommend him without any reservations!

David has shown himself to be a wonderful realtor, going above and beyond to sell our property. As we were unable to be there, he handled all the issues that came up with quick attention and professionalism. Thank you so much for your tireless work!

You exceeded our expectations in every way -- from setting the asking price to dealing with the numerous headaches along the way, all while working with us collaboratively and keeping us well informed. You certainly earned your commission!

I would HIGHLY recommend picking David as your agent. He knows the island well. He listened to all our needs, wants, & was also very kind and patient with us. He exceeded our expectations. We now have a place to call home on the island and we can't thank David enough for helping us! We will definitely be using him in the future, and I think you should too.

David was very helpful and thoughtful in helping us sell our home. He has lived in the area for decades and understands the market in both San Juan and Skagit Counties. He was especially insightful and expert in negotiating extremely favorable terms and the highest possible offer for us that greatly exceeded our already high expectations. David was all over the details, from start to finish, asking all the right questions and posturing our home to show in its best possible light. Thank you, David, we really appreciate your expertise and will enthusiastically recommend you to others

David, I just want to say thank you for everything and working with us in this unusual transaction. I feel that the timing of all of this and you coming into our lives was a literal God send. Such a blessing to get to have you and Gary put into our pathway, for us, has been life changing. I have faith it is and going to be for the better and I know this is your job, but we hope to continue to call you friend as well. Stay in touch please and again thank you for making our heartfelt gesture come to reality, we could not have done any of this without you!

My partner and I had been talking about investing in property on Orcas Island for some time. As residents of the Island we had our eye on certain areas of Orcas and we were just waiting for the perfect property to come available. About 2 months ago we found some property on the Windemere website that really piqued our interest. That's when we called Chantelle Hildreth. She set right to it, taking time out of her weekend to show us the property. We totally fell in love with it! We weren't the only ones though, it turned out to be a popular piece of property with a lot of interest from other buyers. She knew there was no time to waste if we would have...

Highest marks in all categories. A go-to expert regarding transactions in undeveloped land on Orcas Island. Excellent knowledge of local market and the particulars about different locales on the island. Experienced in the sales process. Promptly responded to challenges or questions. We received a positive financial outcome considering comparable sales.

We met Chantelle on a trip to Orcas Island, when we stopped by the local Real Estate office. Chantelle seemed to drop everything in order to spend time with us, going above and beyond by changing her plans in order to show us around the island and look at a few houses. Although we did not find the perfect house on that visit, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Chantelle and would not hesitate to have her as our Realtor when we do buy that perfect house on Orcas Island some day.

Stop! Chantelle Hildreth should be your agent. Does it make sense to choose a real estate agent randomly! Will your agent respond immediately to your texts and emails? Will they answer when you have to call them at night and on the weekend? Will they have the skill to negotiate for you to get you the best deal possible? Is that agent intelligent and energetic? Would you want them to both buy and or sell a house for you? There is a night and day difference between a truly talented real estate agent and all the rest. Chantelle Hildreth is that agent. She did all of the above and more for us recently. We could not have had a better agent, we could not ...

As first time home buyers, we knew we wanted to make a big investment for the long term. Since we live in Seattle and were purchasing on Orcas, Chantelle put together a great house hunting weekend for us. With a set of homes she knew would be a fit with our little modern family. She skillfully advised us on the areas of the island and helped us avoid properties that wouldn't meet our needs. We found the house of our dreams, and Chantelle guided us through the offer and counter-offer process. There are some nuances about purchasing a home in the San Juan Islands, and Chantelle helped us avoid some mistakes by keeping us educated and on schedule. On t...

I have been searching for a home on Orcas Island all summer and Chantelle has always been quick to respond to my requests for showings. She is always in great spirits and a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable about many properties on the market and is always updating information about properties that I've considered. I recommend her services wholeheartedly.

We visited Orcas island on two occasions in search of a home. Not only did Chantelle tirelessly guided us through the possibilities, but quickly understood our needs and wants. Chantelle's keen understanding of the local market, which is complex as on an island, was invaluable. We are very fortunate to have her as our agent.

Chantelle was amazing and tireless in showing us properties on Orcas Island! We had a lot of fun working with her. Ultimately, she helped us find our dream house. During our search, she got to know us very well and was quick to provide us with a heads-up about properties that became available that fit our requirements. Her love and enthusiasm for the Orcas Island lifestyle was evident and infectious. She answered our many questions about living on the island readily or after researching the information needed through her numerous local contacts. When we made an offer on a house she seamlessly guided us through the process remotely and helped us iden...
